The American Payroll Association and VISA came to us to update the branding and redesign of the APA VISA Paycard Portal, an educational resource about payroll card programs. As the portal's main sponsor, VISA felt the portal was not well organizied and difficult to navigate.
Through several collaborative workshops, we completely revamped the portal architecture, consolidating eight content sections into three, organized by user type.
